Next Up link not rendering from http://docs.mech-lang.org/#/docs/programs/database.mec

In #/docs/programs/database.mec, for some reason the request to exposition.mec is being recased as Exposition.mec which then 404s. I see the incorrectly cased link in the side bar at

docs/index.mec

Line 17 in e409ca4

- <a href="/#/docs/programs/Exposition.mec">Exploratory and Expository Programming</a>

but the casing is correct in database.mec so I don't know how/where it's being rewritten.
