Customizable PAM Sequence for Cpf1 (e.g., TTTV instead of Default TTTN)

Hi,
Thank you for your continuous efforts in maintaining and improving this software. It has been a valuable tool for our research.
Currently, the software supports the default Cpf1 PAM sequence TTTN. However, our research requires the flexibility to use a different PAM sequence, specifically TTTV (where V represents A, C, or G).
Could you please add a feature that allows users to customize the PAM sequence, including support for degenerate bases like TTTV?
