adding admins is not working

I noticed, that adding an steamID64 to the adminlist.txt does not have any effect.

my adminlist.txt:

I did the following:

1. docker-compose up -d to install everything (first boot)
2. login, then hit F2 and go me steamID64
3. docker-compose down to stop the server
4. added my steamID64 to the adminlist.txt in the mounted save dir
5. docker-compose up -d

server is working fine but not recognizing that I should be an admin :/

Are there specific commands not working or just none of them work?

basically, nothing is working I guess. I tested god and ghost because those should be the most obvious of all ;)

These cheat commands do not work in multiplayer dedicated server as far as I know.

Only available commands are:
help - Shows all the available server commands
kick [name/ip/userID] - Kicks the named user
ban [name/ip/userID] - Bans the named user
unban [ip/userID] - Unbans the named user
banned - Shows a full list of banned users
ping - Pings the server to measure latency.
lodbias [number] - Sets the draw distance for the server. The number can be set from 1 to 5.

Some mods are able to circumvent the spawn commands on dedicated servers ( I use Valheim - Quality of Life from Nexus).

Out of the other admin cheats (using the mod UI), Godmode works fine, Ghost is buggy and Debug mode does not do anything.
On a previous server (non-docker) Debug worked with added admin but same issue here, adding myself to the adminlist in the docker server /saves folder doesnt do anything ):

I just discovered that I had to press Z while in debugmode to make flying works... -_-
