Question: ChargePoint API Documentation?

@mbillow I have been searching for information to determine if it is possible to command the current limit before starting a session. So far I have been unable to find any documentation on the ChargePoint API. What was your source of API information for developing this code?

ChargePoint's API is SOAP based and they publish the WSDL (remember those?!) at
https://webservices.chargepoint.com/

instructions are at https://na.chargepoint.com/UI/s3docs/docs/help/SetupWebServicesAPI.pdf but don't seem to be current.
