Anyway to add time left to charge or at least miles to empty on the battery? Would like to know how long it'll take till charging session is finished.

The charger isn't aware of the car's state of charge. You'd have to integrate your car into Home Assistant to get this data. Some brands have Home Assistant integration, for example BMW.
