[Help]: "NoSupport internal service for anomaly" messages

Starting with 5.12.7, I am seeing a lot of messages like:

09-20-2023 07:27:20.754 INFO [https-jsse-nio-443-exec-2] [] c.t.s.o.a.a.i.h.HealthInternalAdapterConfiguration(): NoSupport internal service for anomaly

No idea why they are happening but creating a place to centralize the discussion.
