Hi Max,
1- when segmenting my cachexia datasets, I got this segmentation which is completely off. Maybe the pattern can help you find problems?
2- I started segmenting my cachexia data (which is a lot) and was wondering if you found the problem with the new version of the segmentation tool? Then I could use the better version for my datasets.
3- Also I felt like in those patients with very few visceral adipose tissue, partial volume effects play a very big role. Is there a fat fraction threshold in order to "throw out" low values? As we deal with white fat only, the threshold could probably be set around 70%.
