Bridge replies from Telegram as threads if the message is in a thread on Matrix

• A Matrix-sent thread reply should be bridged to a Telegram reply. t2bot.io currently bridges to a normal message (not a reply).
• A Telegram-sent reply to a Matrix thread reply should be bridged to a Matrix thread reply. t2bot.io currently bridges to a non-thread reply that appears in the main timeline.

Threads are already bridged to replies. The other direction might be interesting, but also sounds like a lot of edge cases, so not sure if it'll ever be supported.
