Config needs to point to AzureFunctions folder

I copied this folder structure in my own repo. but heard from Chris Anderson that you have to set a config setting for Azure Functions to show up if you put in sub folder of AzureFunctions. Might be worth documenting this in the sample or adding the config file mentioned here https://github.com/projectkudu/kudu/wiki/Customizing-deployments . Thanks for sharing this project though from your web cast from Build 2016!
