[MaterialContainerTransform] Adding FadeAway Effect on StartView

When using fragments for tablets, after animation the startView will show at once without any animation.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a fade Z transition as fallback.

Describe alternatives you've considered
At the most time the startView won't show again, but in tablet it will still take the vision point. Without any animation, it will be very hard
