performance of OOURA FFT commented in

sounds quite good.

should we add it to the benchmarks?

primary source are .tgz files at https://www.kurims.kyoto-u.ac.jp/~ooura/fft.html
but there's also a fork at https://github.com/biotrump/OouraFFT

realized, that it doesn't provide an inverse FFT function :-(
however, with https://www.dsprelated.com/showarticle/800.php it won't be a real problem.

want to have a 1st look at https://github.com/hayguen/OouraFFT ?
i'm still not fully happy with it .. but meanwhile it gets usable ..

i sent you a pull reqeust on https://github.com/hayguen/OouraFFT with some fixes to the cmake file for MSVC.
i remember Ooura to be slow on x86 when compared PFFFT, but it seems that it does fine on ARM.
