Add documentation for creating custom processors.

For anyone writing custom processors these are helpful:
creating-custom-processors-and-controllers-in-apache-nifi
And if you are extending an existing processor:
extend-the-behaviour-of-a-standard-processor

I think this would be more helpful as a wiki for this project, otherwise this issue will just stay open.
