Add steps around Schemas database in DHF step-by-step instructions

The instructions are very helpful but lacked one step for me. How to deal with the schema's database.
I commented out the permission parts in the gradle build file because no schema's database exists. An other option could be to point to the schema's DB of the DHF application.
