Use same ui toolkit for both react and vue

• Test out a couple of promising alternatives

Testing by actually applying it to a grove app, both react and vue. React libraries can be pulled into vue with vuera, but that requires extra thorough testing.

• react-bootstrap / vue-bootstrap
• vuetify
• plain css lib, like bootstrap css?
• react-materialize

Emphasize on material design ones to keep the list manageable?
