when i run the below commnd

there are no errors reported but the plot and other reslults are empty, and the logs file show that

Seems like both hap1.p_ctg.meryl and hap2.p_ctg.meryl are not properly built.
How did you installed Merqury? Are you using the latest commit version from this git?
