Apologies if my Google Search missed it, but maybe someone can help me here: I am looking for a bed file or something similar for eu- and heterochromatin regions for CHM13_v2.0. Is there something that I can use (even if approximate). Probably some (combination of) histone modifications, but for one of the publications, this has already been done, right?
