Layers and Filters

First of all, I’d like to congratulate the site's creator; it is a well-organized, simple, and user-friendly site. I have a question and need some help with my map. I am using it to map my city and create quadrants and points to visualize arboviral diseases. I would like to create layers based on the specific disease or the disease's severity level; currently, everything I add goes into a single layer, making the map look cluttered with too much information. I want to create separate layers and filter each type of data. Could you let me know if this is possible? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Great idea!
After creating multiple layers, each with it's own data, what would be your way to filter the data?
Turning individual layer's visibility on and off, exporting geojson of each layer individually, or other use cases?

Thanks for the reply. That’s exactly right—as you described, one example would be creating filters so that all the points I create as "Scorpion Sting" go into a specific "Scorpion Stings" layer, with a toggle button to show or hide that layer. As you can see, my map has become very cluttered with so much different information. Your site is wonderful—I really like it; it’s simple and organized. It would be even better with those filters. Congratulations on your work.
