Problem with desrializing RGB value #481

I am trying to add support for LED strip (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004712306326.html)
After device is added I can't control everything is disabled, and there is migration error icon. In the log there is this line:

After some investigation my guess is that it is RGB conversion issue, like one mentioned here: arendst/Tasmota#7091

The first error is caused by the use of "Auto" for IP address (#407)
The second error is not coming from tuya-local.

The config does however set the mode for "white" to color_temp, but it does not contain any color temperature control, so that will be a problem.

Device doesn't have color temperature control, all dps values are listed. I have also tried to comment out setting for white and still it isn't working.

It isn't possible to represent all the values from 0 to 360 with a single byte. I think this should be 2 bytes, not one.

The mapping for white should be white. This will still allow you to switch into white mode and control brightness.

Thanks, I didn't notice that. But, it is still not working, I can't set brightness, color is working. I have tried mapping color_mode white both to white and color temp.
Also, here is how entity looks in Tuya Local

And here is same entity from HA Tuya integration

When I first open Tuya Local entity details brightness is at 0, and white brightness is 100%. If I change brightness in Tuya app white brightness slider only is changed. Changing any of brightness sliders doesn't do anything. Update never changes v value

I know about that, but still Tuya Local doesn't display entity as it should, or I am doing something wrong.
Btw, Tuya HA plugin sends color dp, then switch on and then color mode when brightness is changed.
Sending just json hsv value via Tuya IOT site also works well.
Tuya app sends dp 28 (adjust).

HA seems to have changed the UI recently. It isn't clear to me how color brightness and white brightness are supposed to work. The API between HA and light integrations only has one brightness control, and changing the "color brightness" seems to also have an effect on the hue for me. With the previous HA UI, the colour adjustments worked correctly. It may be because tuya-local identifies these bulbs as RGBW, when in fact the RGB and the W are separate modes in Tuya lights.
