Trouble with Arlec GRID Connect fan #2839
-
I have an Arlec GRID Connect fan light (GRID Connect is Australian for Tuya), it is working perfectly in the Tuya app, and I had it working just fine in Tuya Local. However it stopped working for whatever reason, so I removed it from everywhere and re paired etc. When I first added it to Home Assistant it was recognised correctly as fan and light with all the correct controls etc. However, now I can't get Tuya Local to recognise it properly and show
I've tried every protocol version… Thank for any help you may offer. |

Please try with the latest version. After the previous release there were a lot of reports suddenly reporting these 4 devices as offered matches for devices that previously were working, and these 4 are the devices that match "no data" received from the device. In that version, there was an upgrade of the tinytuya library, which may have caused this. In the latest I downgraded back to see if it was that, or maybe it is a change made on tuya's side to disable local data for some devices, in which case there will not be a solution. |

I'm on the latest version and still get this for some devices, especially after they're offline. Perhaps more known types can be added (either on here or tinytuya)? Stuff like simple bulb, simple switch, rgb devices, etc. |
