Device type selection

Hi, I am trying to add a KRain WX8 (KRX8) irrigation controller to Tuya-Local after reading a post that the Holman_WX8 controller had been added to the custom components devices. https://community.home-assistant.io/t/holman-wx8-watering-system/426182/23 (Feb 2024)
I can see that the Holman WX8 is listed in the custom component tuya_local devices.

I have had a look in the Tuya Developer portal and can see that the product ID of the KRX8 is different to the HWX8, but it looks like all the Dps match match.

When I try to add the KRX8, the options in the device type are just the basic ones like simple switch.

I was wondering if there is anything I can do to have the holman_wx8_irrigation_controller option show, or do I need to set up a new one for the KRX8 with its specific product ID?

I am also having a similar problem with a Kogan Dehumidifer that I can see in the devices list but it's not showing as an option when I try to add the device. So it could be that I am doing something wrong. :)
