So for your MS, you should use 0x050848DD.

For your other devices, it should be indicated in their user manual.

From this link, the EEP is A5-30-03. This is not yet supported.

It seems to be D2-01-09. This EEP is not yet supported but you can use D2-01-0E for the moment.

It seems to be A5-14-xx. You can try A5-14-01 or A5-14-0A.
For these EEP, there is a bug in the mapping file. Please have a look at #72.
