Paypal payflow Credit card details saved for later use are not showing up on stored payment method page

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version should be 2.4.7-p6. Also reproducible on 2.4.8
• Need Payment method: Paypal Payflow Credit Card

Steps to reproduce

1. Placed an order with logged in customer using payment method (Paypal Payflow Credit Card) and checked checkbox of Save credit card details.
2. Navigate to Stored Payment Cards section in My Account on frontend.

Expected result

After checked the checkbox, credit card details should be shown in My Account section> Stored Payment Cards

Actual result

No credit card details are showing

Thank you for your report and collaboration.

We attempted to reproduce the reported issue on our latest 2.4 development instance but were unable to replicate it. For your reference, we’ve attached a screenshot demonstrating the current behavior.

Could you please recheck the issue on your end and let us know if it still persists?

We have re-checked and the issue is still reproducible in 2.4.7-p6, 2.4.8, and 2.4.8-p1.
We have configured the below payment method:
Admin-> Stores-> Configuration-> Sales-> Payment Method-> Payflow from paypal -> Payflow Pro (Please find the attached screenshot for the same)

We have also found the same issue in the Magento 2.4.8 release notes.

We already tried the given solution AC-13699 but this is not working.

Also, we further checked on this and found that if we rename the file below then it is working fine.
File: vendor/magento/module-payment-services-paypal/view/frontend/layout/vault_cards_listaction.xml

We are able to see the credit card information on checkout page as below:

But on My Account section, no details are showing:

Note: We have upgraded the Magento version from 2.4.5-p12 to 2.4.7-p6 and are seeing this issue.

Could you please check again with the payment method we provided?
