Missing Tailwind allowed character in htmlClass pattern

Tailwind allows custom styles (see docs here https://tailwindcss.com/docs/adding-custom-styles ) such as this sample HTML class: text-[20%] but % is not allowed

Examples

use text-[20%] in htmlClass attribute of a container element

add % in allowed characters for htmlClassType pattern in lib/internal/Magento/Framework/View/Layout/etc/elements.xsd
