Print Action missing for Returns in frontend

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.4.2 with no customization and at least one return visibile from frontend

Steps to reproduce (*)

Stores - Configuration - Sales - Sales - Enable RMA Settings
Create a product with RMA enabled
Create an Order from Admin/Frontend
Create Invoice and shipment
Create Returns for the Completed Order
Navigate to Front-end - Sign in as Customer
Go to My Returns Page - View Return
Go to customer account page and open the return detail page and the order detail page

Expected result (*)

1. On the order detail page, I have an action "Print order" which prints a pdf with the order info and the list of products ordered
2. In the return detail page, I expect to see a similar "Print return" action

Actual result (*)

1. The "print" action is missing from the return page

Returns are available only in the commerce version, I cannot reproduce it on the community version

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop branch having Enterprise edition modules enabled and the issue is reproducible:
Steps to reproduce:

3. Create an Order from Admin/Frontend
4. Create Invoice and shipment
5. Create Returns for the Completed Order
6. Navigate to Front-end - Sign in as Customer
7. Go to My Returns Page - View Return
   Issue: Print button is missing
   Note: There is no issue in Admin - Returns details page - Print button is displayed
