Redundant / problematic animation on a toolbar

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.4-develop
2. Latest develop branch of PageBuilder

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Create text edit field
2. Click on the text edit field

Expected result (*)

1. The toolbar appears over the field and stays there

Actual result (*)

1. The toolbar appears below the input and... the animation moves it over the element
   
   While moving, it catches the click you do on input field.

Thank you for your report and collaboration.

We attempted to reproduce the issue in our latest version 2.4 develop and its reproducible . Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

Step to Reproduce

1. Login to magento admin
2. Navigate to Content - Pages
3. Drag and drop the row and then columns and under columns heading and then text
4. Click on the text edit field

Hence we are marking as "Issue: Confirmed"
