Would it be possible for the Meta Bind plugin to display INPUT or VIEW fields beside each other instead of one after the other? A subset of my notes each has as many as 8 YAML fields (perhaps even more), whose values I need to manage. If these fields appear sequentially, I would have a long, deep note with a lot of scrolling to do when updating.

I've tried inserting the code blocks into cells in a MD table, or within separate columns using the Multi-Column Markdown plugin. I had doubts these would work, and sure enough, they didn't. (Side note: Dataview works in Multi-Column.)

Any chance that Meta Bind could work within a table cell, or in another plugin? Or could there be another approach to take to display them laterally, even if only to VIEW and not edit the metadata? Thanks.

you can either use inline fields and put them on the same line, or you can use callouts and a bit of CSS e.g. SailKites Chassis Callouts
