I would like to know if there is any possibility meta bind embeds can work with plugin multi-columns, or you can add an option to format content with multiple columns.

I use meta bind embeds, to format different kind of notes (journal, expenses, customers), and having information presented in multiple columns with the embeds would be awesome.

I am assuming you are talking about the Multi-Column plugin. As stated before in other issues, any problems with Meta Bind and Multi-Column plugin are caused by Multi-Column and it is on that plugin to fix them.

I recommend a callout and CSS-based solution to multi column layouts.
