Align Cropped Video

Hello, this is a feature request.

Would it be possible to align videos when Scaled and Cropped?

Here is my issue with a video that is 16:9 playing on my 21:9 monitor:

It looks fine, but the bottom of the red sword in the middle, and all of the grass is cut off screen. This can be seen when I set the video to Scaled, Keep Proportions:

So I am asking for the ability to align the cropped video, so I can cut off the sky instead of the grass, by aligning my wallpaper to the bottom!
