This is part of cleaning up code in #282

The VISWriter plugin seems not to be of use anymore as the *.vis MegaMol file format is deprecated and we have a plugin for the new *.mmpld MegaMol file format already.

@gralkapk Any comment from the point of MegaMol development on this?

Otherwise, I will prepare a PR to remove this in the next weeks.

Haven't used this format at all. Prefer mmpld and adios anyway.
