It would be great to support multiple tabs, and switching between them via GUI or shortcuts. Just like in Yakuake from Linux.

this is definitely something I've looked into in the past, unfortunately we'd either need MinTTY to support tabs natively OR build some kind of container in AHK that can hold multiple instances of MinTTY in tabs (which CAN be done). This was going to be a feature in the successor to mintty-quake-console, but I haven't had the time to work on it.
