I believe I need to be part of the LLVM github organization to be able to join those lists. If there's a way to do this without granting me membership to the LLVM organization, please let me know. CC'ing @androm3da since he'll be interested.

AFAICT you can filter issues on tags but not pull requests. I think @anshu-dasgupta meant @issue-subscribers-backend-hexagon and @pr-subscribers-backend-hexagon.
