Remove NaN rows from similarity/confusion matrix when test set ground truth is unknown #46

For a training set with n classes, it doesn't make sence to have a 
similarity/confusion matrix in the report which has dimensions n x n. It should 
be 1 x n, and the NaN's should disappear.
