XDG special dirs missing from sidebar

Bug description

XDG user directories (Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos) do not
appear in the sidebar "My Computer" section. Only Desktop shows — and Desktop
is added via a separate code path, so effectively the special-dirs enumeration
returns nothing.

Steps to reproduce

Open nemo, look at left panel

Expected behavior

Show all XDG user directories in left panel
