Bug description
Since the update from Mint 22.2 to 22.3 the right sound symbol in the right side of the panel:

always changes to the false icon :

if audio or video with audio is played.
I suppose a problem with the new XSI symbolic icons. The false icon is named: xsi-audio-x-generic-symbolic.svg
If I put the XSI symbolic icons into: /home/matze-mint-nb/.local/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/actions/ and make copy of the icon that looks right

named xsi-audio-volume-high-symbolic and rename this to xsi-audio-x-generic-symbolic.svg then the right icon did not change anymore when audio is played or rather the icon changes to the same icon, so you don't notice the change.
Steps to reproduce
Start and Stop audio.
Expected behavior
The audio icon
shoud not change when start playing audio.
Additional information
No response
