Bug description
If I click on the network icon and turn on a VPN, the password dialog opens up. This is correct; however, all interactions with other applications are locked out. This means that I can't open my password safe (eg KeePassXC or variants) to get the password. This is very unfriendly behaviour and means I have to remember to copy the password before hand.
Steps to reproduce
Configure a VPN which requires a password. Click to turn it on, and try to go to other applications.
Expected behavior
I don't think that the VPN password dialog should grab and lock focus. I don't know what other side affects there might be, but I feel it could be a normal dialog.
