Openwrt 易有云 09-07版本硬盘无法休眠 #52

Openwrt 易有云升级版本 2022-09-07后 USB接口的硬盘盒无法进入休眠状态。Disable易有云服务后，硬盘休眠恢复了。请修正，谢谢！

尝试 x86或Arm SoC的Openwrt都有一样的问题，开启易有云后，每隔一段时间可以看到硬盘读写LED闪动
