[bug]: missing BlockTimestamp in DecodedProof

Background

The RPC describes that the DecodedProof contains an Asset in which we can retrieve the BlockTimestamp, but that doesn't appear to be true.

Steps to reproduce

VerifyProof() --> DecodedProof --> Asset --> ChainAnchor --> BlockTimestamp

Thanks for the report. Though I'm pretty sure this was fixed with #1480. Can you try with v0.6.0-rc1 please?
