Include a public/private flag for order creation on pool

All orders I created via the pool ui are set with "is_public": false
Pool Lite however has the option to select wheter the channel should be publicly viewable or hidden/private.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include a tick box to the pool ui to select if a channel should be public/private.

What features are you still using the Pool Original experience for? We're likely going to work towards migrating all of the functionality over to Pool Lite and then deprecate the Pool Original experience. That way, we hope that users will get all of the configurability and flexibility of the Pool Original experience in an easier to understand UX. So, we likely won't back port the is public flag to the old UX as we're hoping to bring all of that functionality into the new "Lite" UX. So, that's why I ask the first question about what functionality you definitely want included so that we can prio moving that into the "Lite" UX.
