Add logout functionality to sidebar

Currently you have to close the window and open a new one to logout, you should be able to do this from the sidebar (or future topbar) menu.

what do you mean by "logout"? We have the "Disconnect" button on the bottom left which will reload the page and put you into an unauthenticated state.

I'm referring to the litd experience specifically, there's no disconnect button, like in the web.
