Would be nice to query largest texture size for a given format. e.g something like...
uint32_t SDL_GetGPUMaximumTextureSize(SDL_GPU_TEXTUREFORMAT_XXX); bool SDL_GetGPUMaximumTextureDimensions(SDL_GPU_TEXTUREFORMAT_XXX format, uint32_t* out_width, uint32_t* out_height);
