Hello, I wanted to know if you could repair the crashes that Fire Emblem the Blazing Blade has, just a few minutes of play and it freezes on PS2, with the "gpsp ps2" core.

Try this build that I put on the other thread please, and also make sure you're using an original GBA BIOS (not the built-in one) -

You are always going to have issues on the PS2.

gpsp-kai / TempGBA-Mod were both PSP emulators that were ported to PS2 by developers belek666/SP193 years ago. Neither are still in active development. So any existing problems won't be fixed unless someone can resume development.

Retroarch gpsp has a problem as you know with freezing very quickly following game start - this is a PS2 issue as this doesn't happen on other MIPS devices. This could be debugged on the PS2 using tools provided with the PS2SDK.

All of the above will take significant time so it needs someone to do commit the time to do it. Personally I would like to but work/family life have made it impossible. Also the PS2 as a platform is now 24 years old!!! Even a very old worthless PC is likely to give you better performance on currently maintained emulators. So it is difficult.....

@andres0021 try these two versions that I just found of TempGBA/ReGBA
