--no-update don't stop from updating lede-project Packages.gz #18

no matter if you add the --no-update flag or not, it tries to download the Packages.gz file.

now I see this reference:

But don't know what that means

It means that the snippet must be executed (see snippets directory)

Does it make sense to run the snippet when calling --no-update ?
