secp256k1 certificate test vector contains prime256v1 public key?

Hi! I'm a contributor at rust-libp2p. In my attempt to migrating secp256k1 implementation, the test for parsing TLS certificate failed bcause of an invalid public key. See #5892.

The test vector in rust-libp2p here:

It seems that the certificate contains a prime256v1 public key, see the decoded result here.
Am I missing something?
