The announcement said that the maintenance of the website may be stopped after June 30. Can we still use the simulator to simulate after that? At present, starting simulation and importing assets are carried out in the website.

You must edit the simulator to work with local files if you want to continue using it after June 30th. There is a user posting here #1994 that has started this work.
