How to check the version number of build results?

I cloned the source code through command ”git clone https://github.com/lgsvl/simulator.git --branch release-2021.1”
and build it. but When I started the simulator, the version number of the simulator was not displayed on the web page, and my sensors were not available.
1.How to check the version number of build results?
2.How can I check the version number when I compile the map, vehicle or sensor through the source code

Source code of this folder “simulator/Assets/External/Bridges” only two files, a. Samdef, a. Meta file.
I want to ask, is it because of this reason that there is no bridge configuration in the build result?
