Topics about Data Science Leadership. The material is under construction. I explore the reusability of concepts from other fields and what I consider particular to Data Science. I've worked in leadership positions, mainly as a manager, for more than five years. I had the opportunity to lead projects, create roadmaps, set vision, grow people to their first step into management or technical leadership and manage other managers. I plan to cover both Management and Technical Leadership.
