When #42 is finished, you can start changing the web code (front and back) to make sample editing easier. Basically each sample in a dataset needs its organism, its MS prep. But it needs to be user friendly, so make sure it can be done quickly, and make it easier to reuse samples (not just dropdown) in a project. Keep the copy/paste/parse box, put the organism, MS stuff alongside the sample table in a grid, but make it possible to do things "for all samples" quickly (i.e. click select all samples). Also sample set from a LC dataset, make sure you can copy it. But avoid people reusing samples and changing it for the other datasets.
talk to lab people to see what the needs are here, they will have pointers
separate or spread out sampleprep and quant in frontend (big excel table)
create for home sample tab where you can add samples in a sample sheet (reuse code from datasets part)
