evt tier logging #121

for some reason the evt tier seems to produce log files with different timestamps all in different folders, not sure why

seems to be related to using run instead of shell

We have exec at the moment:

legend-dataflow/dataflow-config.yaml

Line 74 in 4c5c933

cmd: apptainer exec

Because this is the way to suppress the annoying nvidia warning at container startup.
