Add default Python configuration for fixing tabs or spaces on save

Python files can either use spaces or tabs but never both, please implement a default configuration that prevents us from breaking Python files when we (un)indent them.

Please note that I so expect a configuration where the user is not supposed to do something special to have the tabs/spaces fixed. This has to work automatically, like magic ;)
