[suggestion] day/night cycle

Are there any plans to add a day/night cycle for config? I want to be able to have a nighttime environment for certain builds but it's just super light, and a little gray at the moment.

I think it’s possible with a datapack, but I don’t know enough about them to say for sure. All dimension info is stored in there though, so if you wanted to find out, I’d love to hear the results.
